As we continue to grow, we are looking for an energetic and hands-on Account Manager to support and grow our mid-market and SMB customers across the Benelux.
With over 500 customers, we have a fantastic opportunity to identify growth opportunities by delivering value. Equipped with a love for customer satisfaction, you will play a fundamental role in managing, retaining and growing our customer portfolio.
Role and Responsibilities
You will be an essential person for helping us achieve our ambitious goals in relationship building, growing our portfolio contract value and excelling in CSAT.
- Strategic Account Planning: Develop and maintain tailored account plans aligned to each client’s sector, strategy, and business goals
- Expansion & Growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across departments, regions or business units
- Churn Prevention: Build trust, spot risk signals early and take proactive steps to retain customers
- Drive Commercial Success: Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to hit revenue goals
- Contract Renewal and Negotiation: Work on negotiating terms and conditions of contracts with clients. Ensure that agreements are mutually beneficial and align with the company's policies
- Executive Business Reviews (EBRs): Lead strategic EBRs with senior stakeholders to align on value, roadmap, and growth opportunities
Skills and Experience
- Passion for digital tools and a strong understanding of business processes. Ideally, you have some experience with monday.com or equivalent SaaS software
- 2-4 years of experience in an Account Management role
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Excellent customer-facing and presentation skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility
- Positive attitude (you see problems as opportunities), empathy, and high energy for client engagement and satisfaction
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple ongoing sales cycles effectively
- Dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences
