To support our ambitions, we’re looking for a passionate Growth Marketer to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving lead generation through industry-specific campaigns, overseeing content marketing in collaboration with a digital agency, managing all aspects of event planning and execution, and driving social media engagement across all platforms.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead generation: Design and execute industry-specific campaigns across multiple channels (email, social, content, paid media, etc.) to drive qualified leads for the sales team.
- Content Marketing: Create and distribute content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, etc.) that drives inbound traffic and improves our SEO ranking.
- Event Management: Select, plan and execute events (virtual and in-person) to generate leads, foster customer relationships and increase our brand awareness as a leading monday.com partner.
- Employer Branding: Create fun events that boost team spirit and reflect our culture. Find creative ways to show appreciation for our employees and showcase, both internally and externally, why Tryve is a great place to work.
- Social Media Management: Manage our social media platforms to boost audience engagement, while increasing visibility and driving conversions with both our target customers and potential employees.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, the Tryve management team, agencies and freelancers to ensure alignment and effective execution of your marketing initiatives.
- Growth Strategy: Provide strategic input on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Identify opportunities for growth through rapid experimentation and testing, which is already part of our company DNA.
- Partner Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the monday.com Partner Marketing team to prepare the yearly marketing plan, manage the budget and ensure marketing efforts are aligned with mutual goals and objectives.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in a growth or digital marketing role, with a strong focus on lead generation marketing and preferably in the SaaS sector
- A strategic thinker with an experimental mindset and a passion for driving measurable results
- Strong ability to analyze marketing performance and optimize for growth
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience collaborating with external agencies and internal teams
- Proficient in marketing automation platforms, able to make designs in platforms such as Canva or Adobe, familiar with CRM, and social media management platforms
- Fluent in English and Dutch – French is a plus.
