Role and Responsibilities
- Take ownership of new accounts, manage their onboarding and implement the professional services packages sold by our sales
- Build strong relationships with our clients to understand their needs and ensure their success with monday.com
- Act as a project manager to ensure timelines are met
- Serve as the main point of contact throughout onboarding and also liaison between clients and the rest of the monday.com team
- Work with customers to build their most time-sensitive workflows into monday.com
- Think along with the company and share your ideas and thoughts
Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a Software / SaaS environment
- Technical SaaS Consultancy position
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish trust and credibility
- Passion for digital transformation and business processes
- Positive attitude, empathy and high energy
- Great time management skills with the ability to manage several ongoing projects
- Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Creative and collaborative mindset
- If you have experience working with Web development frameworks, Javascript, HTML, CSS, and REST API – GraphQL, we offer the opportunity to build custom solutions on top of the monday.com Apps
