As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Sales Executive. Someone that likes to target new clients, and transform their challenges into fantastic solutions. Equipped with a love for business development, a good understanding of modern prospecting techniques, you will play a fundamental role in the acquisition of new customers and the development of France as a key region for Tryve to grow.
Role and Responsibilities
You will be an essential person for helping us achieve our ambitious goals. From initiating campaigns to deal closing, and everything in between.
- Lead generation: Identifying and targeting potential clients through verticalized sales campaigns, social and network selling. Over the last four years, we've refined a formula for success that we're excited to share with you to ignite your assignment. Obviously, we're eager to learn more about your unique techniques and explore ways to blend them into our existing mix.
- Discovery meetings: By asking strategic questions you will qualify leads, uncover the customer needs and map them with our solution portfolio. The majority of these sessions are done online.
- Personalized demos: Transforming the insights from the discovery meeting into a tailored presentation, showcasing how the proposed solution meets the customer’s needs. In these sessions you will focus on the value and less on functionality.
- Deal closing: Engaging in negotiations to close deals, including pricing discussions, contract terms, and other relevant aspects.
- Pipeline Management: Managing the sales pipeline, tracking leads, and moving deals through the sales funnel.
- Innovative Thinking: Contributing actively to the company's vision by sharing ideas and thoughts for continual improvement of the sales process and optimization of client experiences.
Skills and Experience
- Passion for digital tools and a strong understanding of business processes. Ideally, you have some experience with monday.com or equivalent SaaS software
- 3-5 years of experience in a Sales role
- Fluency in French and English; A third language is a plus.
- Excellent customer-facing and presentation skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility.
- Positive attitude (you see problems as opportunities), empathy, and high energy for client engagement and satisfaction.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple ongoing sales cycles effectively.
- Dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
