As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Account Manager. Someone that likes to nurture and expand existing client relationships. With over 500 customers, we have a fantastic opportunity to identify growth opportunities by delivering value. Equipped with a love for customer satisfaction, you will play a fundamental role in managing,  retaining and growing our customer portfolio.

Role and Responsibilities

You will be an essential person for helping us achieve our ambitious goals in relationship building, growing our portfolio contract value and excelling in CSAT.

Skills and Experience

  • Passion for digital tools and a strong understanding of business processes. Ideally, you have some experience with or equivalent SaaS software
  • 3-5 years of experience in an Account Management role
  • Fluency in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
  • Excellent customer-facing and presentation skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility.
  • Positive attitude (you see problems as opportunities), empathy, and high energy for client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple ongoing sales cycles effectively.
  • Dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
